While making up the majority of the global workforce, many firms are still struggling to attract, inspire and manage their millennials, and through this workshop, we will discuss how to use sustainability as a hook to keep millennials working more productively and staying longer.
Through this workshop participants will learn about and be engaged on the following questions:
- What are millennials current attitudes towards sustainability, and what are the issues they actually care about?
- How can sustainability be an HR tool for attraction, retention and productivity?
- What are the methods internal communication professionals can use to deliver your sustainability vision to engage millennials?
