Mid-Career Transitions into Circularity | Elin Bergman

In this Episode of the Sustainability Ambassador Podcast, we speak with Elin Bergman, COO of Cradlenet, about the work she is doing to drive awareness of the circular economy and help leaders overcome nine key barriers to this transition.

It is a position she came into after building a successful “corporate” career, and realizing that she wanted to use her tools to “save the world”.

In the years since, she has worked with stakeholders to better communicate the economics and science of circularity, and overcome the nine transitional barriers.

At the end of our conversation, we speak to the HUGE need for young professionals, and the skills and mindsets needed to thrive in the space.
