Waste Management Site Visit

Following our recent tour to TES, Collective Responsibility is excited to announce the next exclusive executive tour.

We have partnered with two very interesting organizations to bring you a behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about how they manage commercial waste.

The tour will comprise a visit to the following sites:

  • HKRI Taikoo Hui, Shanghai – A Mixed Use Joint Development between HKRI and Swire Properties, comprising of retail mall, Grade-A office buildings, hotel and serviced apartment.
  • Starbucks Reserve Roastery–  Occupying 2,700 sqm (30,000 sqft), the state-of-the-art premium multi-sensory retail experience is the largest Starbucks in the world and twice as big as the only other Reserve Roastery located in Seattle.

Tour guests will have the opportunity to hear more about the strategies used in Shanghai to manage commercial waste, and insights into the regulatory changes surrounding waste and what this means for businesses operating in China. If you have ever wondered what strategies large corporations adopt to manage waste and resources at a large scale, or how companies commit to their sustainability and resource management strategies, then this is an event that you can’t miss.
