About The Event
At an unprecedented rate, Chinese factories have begun making their initial investments into replacing, or augmenting, traditional labor with robotics as a means to increasing production and reducing cost of labor, thus paving the way for China to become the AI global leader by 2030. Despite challenges related to installing, and maintaining, automated lines and the concerns over job losses by local government officials, it is expected that China will continue to significantly invest in AI technology.
As AI utilization increases in the Chinese manufacturing sector, growing concern related to job security the future of labor skills has sparked public debate about AI technology in factories. To further learn about these issues and the future of AI technology deployment, we would like to invite you to join us in Shanghai for this executive workshop where our speakers will share their insights into the challenges and opportunities of AI technology. A few questions we will address include:
• What is the future of AI/robotics in the supply chain
• What industries are the most exposed, and what are stakeholders’ expectations towards industry leaders?
• What will firms need to do, and say, protect or build their brand during the transition to AI technology?
