What are co-creation summits?
One- or two-day co-creation summits bring together the internal and external stakeholders of a company to understand more deeply the sustainability challenges a company faces while working collaboratively to find innovative solutions in people, product, and process.
Through the debriefing process, participants will be able to understand the interlinking nature of the challenges faced and the importance of collaboration, and should come away with tangible ideas that they can put into practice post-workshop.
