Joy Qiao is the Senior Sustainability Consultant at Collective Responsibility. At Collective Responsibility, Joy works with clients on corporate, product-specific, and issue-specific CSR and sustainability focused research, projects, and programs.
Prior to joining Collective Responsibility, Joy worked for Shanghai Charity Foundation where she was responsible for a variety of fundraising and educational related programs. Afterwards, she joined Shanghai Disney Resort Citizenship and Community Relations (CSR) team, focusing on organizing volunteers and other CSR programs in areas related to children’s safety education, children’s healthcare, and migrant children.
She is experienced in CSR event planning and organizing, as well as in working with different stakeholders including NGOs, government departments, and enterprises.
Joy received her MSc of Work and Organization Psychology from The University of Nottingham in the UK and her Bachelor’s Degree of Sociology and Applied Psychology from The East Normal University (ECNU) in Shanghai. Joy is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
