If there is one thing that I have come to understand over the years it is the value of learning. At times, that means getting out into the field to learn about the challenges that are faced in society / environment, while at other times it means spending time with executives from different industries to understand the pressure that firms are facing. But, this week I will be doing something different. Something for myself. I will be joining 15 executives from around the world on a Leadership Quest to Delhi and Jiapur.
A group that I have worked with for the last 5 years, this is an experience that I am looking forward to as we will spend the entire week visiting social entrepreneurs, captains of industry, and spending time in villages to learn about the challenges that India faces.. and about the efforts of solution providers there to bring about change.
It will be a completely different experience for me, and one that I am looking forward to.
