About the JLR Hackathon:
On December 10th-11th in Shanghai, Jaguar Land Rover will host a 36-hour Hackathon where six teams will work to develop the premium shared car of the future.
Participating teams will engage with leading experts and executives from the automotive, design, and tech community, to incorporate cutting-edge technologies such as smart wearables, VR and AR, and push the boundaries of innovation to create the future of the personalized driving experience.
PRIZES AND RECOGNITION
The winning team will win an Off-Road Land Rover Experience Day, with other prizes including smart electronics. Most importantly, there will be opportunities for 2016/2017 internships with Jaguar Land Rover China!
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students currently enrolled in university programmes.
- Teams must be comprised of 5-6 students; diverse academic backgrounds in engineering, industrial design, and product design highly preferred.
